Are You In A Strait Betwixt Two Mind?

Lets look at it this way, if I’m double minded; the Bible says God is off my case. Could I possibly be double minded and not be double tongued? Is tautology double tongue or a waste of precious time, thinking you will be heard for repetitions? What then is my Joy if I still insist lordship on too many things all in the name of “God gave me this, God gave me that. Even that and that also.” 

Shall I be blamed for pursuing all that constitutes rhythm within me? My multi-expressive gifting that God himself blessed me with cannot be my downfall, can it? 

OH!, Now I get it. God must be the trouble, over stretching us with His so called “light burden” and “easy yoke” because if He had only given me one thing to concentrate on, I should be a millionaire now simply by applying the sermon on “Focus!” preached in every city worldwide. 

It’s a jet age and I’m just too blessed with speed not to be multi focused – able to work these talents of mine all together in the same operable enclosure.

Able or not able, my brother, my sister, God still insists – a double minded man is unstable in ALL his ways. And that individual still won’t get a thing from Him. 

''But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. James 1:6-8. (NIV)

Don’t you get it? Having two things to do at the same time is still as 'mind splitting' as in one way double minded. Yea, I know you are not categorically a double minded person but that’s the way heaven sees you, and I think their upper opinion is supreme. 

I know for each project, you have faith, rock-solid as Gibralter yet there is double trouble for either way’s right-of-companionship, encroaching on the destination theory. Would you be on your way to the north, and head in the south direction? If the east route links to north, just a few hours set back won’t fall a tree, would it? But it will sink titanic when time becomes the thing! 

You have to be in the east, we know. But if it robs you of your northern encounter, which is an anchor benefit, how do you reconcile your derivatives from the east, without it ending up as senseless and nightmarish now that the losses are unbearable for lack of the leading north-phenomena.

“But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.” Isaiah 28:13

Beautiful homes crack and great purposes shipwreck because man has a generational knack for getting hooked on disaster. Never letting the first come last and the last go first in the order of creator’s intelligence. 

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. Matthew 20:16 

So Jesus rightly said “these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.” Luke 11:42

Split the mind, what do you get? Unfinished business. Incomplete information. Time to do what and how to do it becomes the issue. Both will be done in sequence but which before which? Why are there divisions in the world? Search the mind – partial knowledge is the most dangerous of all. It’s the lethal war-stirrer, the bedrock of all contentions. 

“Hey!,Are you trying to mock what I know since for ever – Are you indirectly calling me a fool?”

Quickly, the perfect master steps in with perfect solution which is applicable to all disparity of associations, the nature of relationship notwithstanding. Titanic sank because the rich and the Captain were both in control of the rudder. 

They co determined its speed. “You call me master” Jesus was saying “then do as I say.”  Serve,  don’t lord over! Turn the other cheek, don’t strive! Pray for THOSE who used you and dump you, don’t curse! Love, don’t hate the world players. Concentrate on the WORD and you cannot misrepresent God.

“It is enough for students to be like their teachers, and servants like their masters. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!” matthew 10:25.

Never forget that being double minded over a project is as disapproving before heaven as having two things to do that keep clashing. Both ways you never arrive at no destination because destination is a place, not places. It’s a thing, not things. 

Make up your mind now and stick to one. Accept Christ now as your personal Lord and Saviour. It is time for you to decide which way to go. You need to decide right now.

O LORD my GOD, I’m sorry for ways I’d made it impossible for You to bless me. I repent and re-arrange my mind to prioritize my mission for daily freshness of Your Anointing, inspiration and grace in the name of Jesus. Amen.
